Getting started is simple, but we understand making the decision to reach out for help or support can be difficult. We’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Our team really cares about you and your family. We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with genuine regard for our clients and their needs. We have extensive training in concerns related to trauma, grief & loss, parenting concerns, behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and more. Our team includes a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, TBRI Practitioner, and multiple trained EMDR therapists with extensive experience in helping to alleviate the effects of trauma and help you get to where you want to be. We also have multiple bilingual staff offering in-person and virtual services for our Spanish speaking clients.
Outside of the therapy room, our team is committed to giving back to the community by offering pro bono services through a community partnership and serving on multiple committees and Boards within the Bell County area. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

Our practice offers play therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more. Our therapists will discuss the most appropriate treatment for you or your family member during your session.

Private Pay: Our practice accepts private pay options for services via credit card, HSA, and FSA. We also offer sliding scale options to make services more accessible to the community. Members of the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective are able to take advantage of their membership through our practice.

Initial Intakes/Couples/Family Sessions

Group Session rates vary
Insurance: Our practice is currently pursuing credentialing with select insurance panels which is a timely process. Current clients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement for those with Out-of-Network benefits. Clients may also opt to utilize Thrizer’s services to submit claims to insurance on their behalf. To check your current OON benefits, you can click here:

Crime Victim’s Compensation (CVC):
To support clients who have experienced a crime, we accept client’s utilizing Crime Victim’s Compensation. Please reach out to us to discuss options for services and mention CVC during the call so we can best assist you.
